In this data protection statement, we explain how and why LMP FINANCE Suisse SA (hereinafter the Company) collects and processes your personal data.

Scope

In accordance with Article 19 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, the Company, as Data Controller, informs you that your personal data, collected exclusively for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and managing your business relationship, will be processed in full compliance with legal obligations, ensuring full protection of your rights.

Definitions

Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Data Subject: the natural person whose data is processed.

Sensitive Personal Data: data relating to religion, health, political views, biometric or genetic data, legal proceedings, etc.

Processing: any operation such as collection, storage, use, modification, disclosure or deletion.

Disclosure: making personal data accessible.

Profiling: automated processing to evaluate personal aspects.

Data Controller: entity determining purposes and means of processing.

Data Processor: entity processing data on behalf of the controller.

Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed to provide services, fulfill contractual and legal obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Types of Data Processed

The Company processes personal data obtained from clients and public sources where necessary. No automated profiling is carried out.

Data Transfer Abroad

Personal data may only be transferred to countries recognized as providing adequate data protection.

Obligation to Provide Data

Only data necessary for establishing and maintaining the business relationship is required. Without such data, services cannot be provided.

Data Retention

Data is stored as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations and is deleted thereafter.

Recipients of Data

Authorized internal units and external parties (banks, regulators, advisors) may access the data where necessary. Data is not disclosed without agreement.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object and request data portability where applicable.
