Scope
In accordance with Article 19 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, the Company, as Data Controller, informs you that your personal data, collected exclusively for the purpose of establishing, executing and managing your direct business relationship with LMP FINANCE Suisse SA, or the business relationship of your employer with LMP FINANCE Suisse SA, will be processed in full compliance with legal obligations and principles, ensuring full protection of your rights.
Definitions
For the purposes of this document:
Personal data: all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;
Data subject: the natural person whose personal data is processed;
Sensitive personal data:
- data relating to religious, philosophical, political or trade union views or activities,
- data relating to health, private life, race or ethnicity,
- genetic data,
- biometric data uniquely identifying a person,
- data relating to administrative or criminal proceedings and sanctions,
- data relating to social assistance measures;
Processing: any operation relating to personal data, including collection, storage, use, modification, disclosure, archiving or destruction;
Disclosure: transmission or making personal data accessible;
Data Controller: the entity determining purposes and means of processing;
Data Processor: the entity processing data on behalf of the controller.
Purpose of processing
Personal data will be processed to fulfill contractual and legal obligations, manage supplier relationships, administration, accounting, order management, shipping, invoicing and dispute management.
In case of access to company premises, LMP FINANCE Suisse SA uses video surveillance systems to protect assets, control access and ensure safety.
Types of data processed
Data may include name, surname, role, email, phone number and, where applicable, images from video surveillance.
Data transfers abroad
Personal data may only be transferred to countries with adequate data protection as recognized by the Swiss Federal Council.
Data retention
Data is retained as long as necessary for contractual/legal obligations and then deleted.
Recipients of personal data
Data may be accessed internally and shared with banks, regulators, auditors, consultants or authorities where required.
Data will not be disclosed publicly without consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and request data portability where applicable.
